The weather on this beautiful friday night, 18/05/07 is Awesome!! I can't wait till it starts raining.. Heh. I always imagine of how nice it would be to sit by a HOUSE (not HdB), with treas and nature surrounding me, and just sip a cup of hot chocolate while just enjoying the smell and sound of rain So theraputic. Haha.
I had net tonight and it was good. We talked about the five love languages that different one of us like to receive and give. Found out that most people/teenager's love language is "Words of Affirmation".
Talking about love, heard this song over somewhere today and i think i wanna blog about it. You know the song Right Here Waiting by Richard Marx. Well, here it is...
Nice song huh? Heh. Okies, here is the best thing that i realised about this song... If I skipped the verses, and skipped the word "baby", and just focus on the chorus, I realised that God could be singing this song to us. Hees. No matter how many times i fail him, no matter how many times i walk away, no matter how many times i'm late God will still be there waiting for me.
I know you can't compare men's love with God's love, because God's love is a thousand times better. But imagine this, imagine how a man/woman reacts when he/she is in love. She/he would do anything for the other partner. Now, imagine God's Love, and imagine what God will do for us cos he is so crazy over us! It actually brings me to the Song we always sing in church, "YOu dance over me, while i am unaware, you sing all around, but i never hear a sound. Lord i'm amazed by you, how you love me." Man, God's Love is Awesome beyond Awesome! And one thing is for sure, when God's says he will be there for you, He WILL be there for you. His love never fails.
Here's a word of affirmation for you reading this post, "You are fearfully and wonderfully made with God's love, you are irreplacable"
limmy, out! :)
I will be right here waiting - God.

Is there something wrong with Blogger? My layout seems weird..
Anyways, just here to update ya a bit on the highlights of my life for this week. It has been a while, and if I don't update soon i think my blog might end up dead... again... Haha.
Wells, let me start from last Sat.. I went Kayaking with my Region youth peeps. I am so grateful to have Pamella as my kayak buddy cos she was a netball player, and i when i got tired, I knew i could count on her to take me through. Haha. GIRL POWER!! We Kayaked for around 6 km at the Punggol River, and even explored a mangrove swamp! Managed to see a Red Jelly Fish with no bones, and thankfully i didn't see no snake. haha. Thank God for the exceptionally Good weather, and all in all, the activity was great!
On Monday, I managed to catch up with my Sec 2 Classmates!! Man, it was so nice to see a majority of them and my Sec 2 form teacher. Haha. Realised that all of us have grown so much! And that time passes super fast! Is the world spinning faster or something? Gosh... It was just like yesterday that I first stepped into my Sec School.
On thursday, I went for this scholarship interview. I had applied for a scholarship from np and was shortlisted. The fun part of the whole experience was when I was discussing with my father on things like "what would they ask me?" and "what should i say?". In the end, they didn't ask me any of the questions that my dad posed to me. Haaa. So funny.
To sum it all up, this week has been a challenging week for me but it has also been a great week for me. Even if it wasn't a great week, i have nothing to complain about cos I have more than enough (God's Love, Grace, Sacrifice, FREEDOM). :) Heex.

"How so?" his friend asked.
"I've hired someone to do the worrying for me."
"That's interesting. How much do you pay him?"
"I pay him $100 a day."
"A hundred dollars a day! Can you afford it?"
"That's for him to worry, not me."
