The Heart That Beats

Today, my three fellow track pals, prawns, bunny and pillar, came to my house to chat and catch up with each other. I had missed them so much and all of us being together again brought back much memories from my running days.. Hah. My track friends are still as crazy as ever.

We had actually planned to watch a few VCD's but my dvd player failed on me. I guess it was a good thing it failed cos we had more time to crap and enojoy each others fellowship. We managed to prepare a three course spagetthi lunch which we cooked up without burning down the whole kitchen. Haha. It was a fantastic and fun time.

Changing topic, have you ever wondered why your heart beats non stop? I know that the heart needs energy to function and that energy comes from the food that we eat but there must be something or someone that causes the mechanism in our heart to function so as to keep us alive right? Hee. You know, i have wondered over this question before and i think i have found the answer : THere has to be a God who makes my heart beat and work 24/7.

I have to say that God's thumbprint is on every one of us humans no matter how much we can deny it. The more i think about it, the more mind boggling but the more awesome it gets that i serve a Great and Wonderful God.

God bless you the one reading this post. He loves you so..

You know, i always loved it when it rained throughout the night, but for this particular rainy night, i am dreading it cos i have just caught the idiotic flu bug and my nose is running like a tap. Heh. But i am still in good spirits... :)

Today, my family and another family came together for supper, and we touched on the topic of service, and suing... Things like that. I will write out the case situation for you.

Case 1: A man sues Macs because he claimed that Macs was the problem behind his weight issue.

My Feelings : How ridiculous can this guy get? And you know what is worse? This man won the lawsuit against Macs. I was shocked at the verdict because the main fault truly lies with this man who doesn't wanna take responsibility over his OWN body! Ridiculous!

Case 2: Do you know why Mac puts the sign HOT all over it's tea and coffee cups? Because they were sued a few times as the customers had claimed that they were not told that TEA and COFFEE were HOT!

My Feelings : Anyone who doesn't know that TEA and COFFEE is best served HOT say "I"....... Gosh, i was flabbergasted when i heard about this case. I guess this case serves to act as a comfort for me when i act foolish. Haha. It lets me know that there are more foolish people in this world than me. HEH. Ridiculous!

Case 3: A Prisoner in Jail sues the Prison for not giving information that barb wires are sharp. He came upon the reality that barb wires were sharp when he tried to escape. The most horrifying thing was that he won the lawsuit. Can you believe that!?

My Feelings : Ridiculous can...

Apparently, all the cases i raised today came from America. I am not sure how true these cases really are, but felt the urge to blog it out. Hee.

I think the chorophiramin tablet i took for my flu is running through my bloodstream and taking its effect.... It's amazing how one small, tiny tablet can cause a big human being like me to be knocked out..... ZZzzzzZZZZzzzZZzzzZZZZz

God bless you, the one reading this post! He loves ya so...

Youth Camp

Heya! i just reached home from Youth Camp and you know what? It was AWESOME! I always believe that when youths gather in serach of God, he will always be there, and crazy, radical things will happen.

Things that i feel have changed in me:
1) Hunger for more of God, his word and to seek him
2) Increase in faith
3) More joyful and peaceful.

God is soooo Good! And as my youth pastor had said, all these changes come because Jesus is living in and through me.

My goal after this life changing camp is to keep this passion up, and spend more of my time wisely seeking his face. Trust me, nothing beats just standing in his presence worshiping him.

For those that don;t really quite get this post, I am just trying to say that God is so real and good in my life, and that he loves each and everyone of us soo much!!!! If you wanna give God a try, all you have to do is follow him and check it out! He has a great purpose and an awesome destiny specially chosen just for you because you are very SPECIAL to him.

During camp, i had time to catch up with my pretty net leader, and realised that she loved to sleep a lot! haha. Also found my "american" crap talk partner, Rachel. The lodgings for the Desaru chalets where we slept were not what we all expected. The whole place was quite run down, and if i could rate it, i would give a rating of 1/2 a star. heh. However, thankfully my friends and i got one of the better chalets. Anyways, who cares!? haha. God was there and it was God who we came to seek, and he turned up, and the camp was AWESOME!

I gtg. Tonights destination might be to Mustafa in Little India to help my parents buy some christmas presssies.

God bless you sooo much,

limmy.

Heya! I just came back from malaysia and it was a super relaxing and enjoyable trip with my family... Actually thought of journaling the whole holiday in the blog, but after a while, i got kindda sick taking pictures of all the places i went... i did take a few though, so i'll post it up for you to see.. ... .....

So here i am in the car, on the way to maleka...

stopped by at a place called Anthony's fishball noodles to have some some fishball and noodles.. heh. the noodles were shiok! It was like drowning in this dark sweet sauce and there was a bit of lard and fried onions.

Reached the hotel at around 5? yupp. Mahkota Hotel..

Heh. The hotel had disney channel!!! And it was showing TOTallly Spies, so i decided to take a pic..

after settling in we decided to head to the poolside to chill.

so this was kindda like my first Day at maleka. I think i'll just show you the rest of the yumcious food i had there... hee.

this is the famous chicken rice balls we had. One small pathetic rice ball costs 30 sens! The rice was ok lah, but the chicken was fabulous!!! it was juicy, succulent, you name it!

On the second day, we went to a Jap restaurant to eat. We ordered a variety of raw fish, and when it came in the presentation, we were quite impressed until someone said, "Crockrach!" Can you spot the pest in the picture? It is on the right hand side of the boat.

Don't know why my post can't take in any more pictures! Oh wells, anyways, my holiday was very relaxing, and if i were to tell you the whole story i think you might be bored to death.. hee. One of the main highlights of this holiday was the time spent with my beloved family, and learning how to play a new sport, table tennis! Also, i caught the movie show DEJAVU at only R6!!! (way cool huh?) Yupp, so this is my summarised holiday post for you.

It seems that Malaysia can't get enough of me, so i'll be going back again for my church's youth camp! And i cannot wait! I know that this years camp will be Awsome! Heeeeeeeeeee.

To all my school friends, miss ya! Long time no see, hope you all are doin swell..

My pillow is calling me so i better go... Takkaire ya'll. God bless.

My revived Blog

HEY! I finally did the taxing/addictive job of reviving my blog... Haha. It feels nice and wierd at the same time to be back posting my thoughts and inner feelings to the "world".

In case anyone is wondering,

the meaning of ESOPHORIA is : A tendency of the eyes to deviate inward.

Actually, i still do not really know what in the world in means, but i just love the blogskin, and the colours.

Gotta go turn in now as it's gonna be a busy but awesome day tomorrow.. Hope you enjoy my blog!!!!! And i will try not to let it rot unlike the previous time.. hehe

God bless you Much..

limmy
